Reminder. CompetitorEye reviews and reports on the top 20 sellers of an item.
Which includes the buy box owner, and top 3 featured sellers found on the main page and up to 16 “Secondary page” sellers.
This means "your pricing" may get squeezed out of the list on a seller heavy item, if your in position #34 in the list, we will not be able to locate your pricing, and therefore cannot reprice for you since the system believes your probably out of stock and just not listed.
There is an option to bring your pricing back into the current market trend on active items, when we cannot locate your pricing in the first 20 sellers. You can tell us to act like the buy box pricing was your own (as long as within your floor / ceiling limits), thereby kick starting your repricing logic.
To enable, simply click “If my placement is not found in the top 20 sellers, calculate based on Buy Box or next in line merchants price and shipping as if it was my own. ” in the “Controls” section on Advanced Optimized Pricing (repricing)
If you are seeing no pricing found, for your items, it can be this (outside of first 20 sellers) and / or wrong account type. Your in an FBA account but trying to find a non-FBA price. Verify your account type.
