You can now designate a specific quantity the seller must have in-stock in order to compete against. Under normal circumstances it is not recommended to use any values other than 0 (compete against any) or 1 (compete against sellers haveinf the item in-stock) for this considering exact stock is not always known, stock status should be considered an indicator of having stock, not necessarily an actual value of stock. Many sellers do not specify an accurate stock amount. But if you wish to use this, you may.

You can now only complete against merchants with a positive feedback rating greater than or equal to the amount you specify.

For more information see Optimized Pricing
CompetitorEye replied on 11/29/2010 8:34:17 PM:
Positive Feedback count is also now optional.

Considering new sellers are automatically given a 100 positive feedback rating, even without a single feedback post, CompetitorEye has included a positive feedback count exclusion in the optimized pricing defaults.

This will work with or without the use of the percentage requirement.
