A monitoring day is broken into 4, 6 hour blocks of time of which you can have from 0 to 24 reports run during that single 6 hour window. See Scheduling.

To run an ad-hoc full report during a block you do not currently have a regular schedule defined, on the dashboard -- middle right of the page will be a "Run Now" button, you may click it to run a full report in the current block without setting the current block in your regular monitoring schedule. This will reduce your total available weekly reports by one. You can do this as often as you wish, but once your total weekly reports ran exceeds your allocated report limit (scheduled or ad-hoc) the system will not process or send any additional reports until the next week (First day of week for the system is Sunday)

The "Run-Now" button will only display if you do not already have a report scheduled or queued for the current block, otherwise it will simply tell you that you have a report in the queue or that a report has already been sent.

To run an on-demand Buy Box report concerning your products, which does not count against your full reporting limits nor reprices, see Buy Box On-Demand Report. An email will be sent to the main account's email address when it completes. The report is not as complete as a full monitoring report, but has no limits and can be very beneficial.

UPDATE: MonitoringRepricing can be run as quickly as every 5 minutes, allowing for up to 48 reports per 6 hour window.
