Am I receiving partial reports? Read: 1479
Replies: 2
Your actually not receiving partial reports. Your receiving the items that have had price changes since your last report. Internal reporting has changed for almost all accounts since mid June.

Each report, now contains the items that have had stock or pricing changes by any of the top 20 sellers of the item since your last report. If no price changes have been made to the item by any of the top 20 sellers selling the item since your last report, to streamline the report process and provide priority data, we exclude the item from your current report.

For example if at 10:00am item "ABC" has a price adjustment by any of the top 20 sellers, the item will be included in your report at 11:00 (if hourly). If you have a report running at 12:00 and no price changes or new sellers, or sellers going out of stock for that item since we last reported it to you, instead of simply including redundant, “old” static data the system instead now excludes the item in your 12:00 report, as nothing has changed since your previous report on the item. If however pricing or stock status change before your 1:00 report, the report engine will include the item in that report and reprice as well (if enabled) as now there has been a pricing change or stock / seller change.

Providing priority data without redundant static unchanging item data is a much more streamlined report methodology.

You may however, enable inclusion of the most recent price change record within the last 7 days to be included in your current report along with you current item data by unchecking "Only include my reporting, those items that have had pricing changes from 1 or more of the top 20 sellers since my last report" in the section "writing the report file" and clicking save.

I'm going to assume you've gone out of business. All of your eMail addresses get returned by Google. The file I pick up from you contains next to nothing. You have no working phone number that I can find. Since I've built 100+ hours of programs around your file I'd really like a confirmation that you no longer exist before I start looking for another data provider.
