By default CompetitorEye will follow Amazon’s “FREE Super Saver Shipping” and set the shipping of an FBA item as 0 “Free” if the items price is >= 25, since it legitimately has been granted “free shipping”. However if the FBA items price is < 25 and a shipping charge has been applied it will be included in the reporting and used in pricing/repricing calculations since the consumer would not have met the $25 requirement unless they purchased additional items or multiple quantities of the item. This is a “in-cart” promotion.

You can override this mechanism by selecting “All FBA Shipping is FREE” on Feeds Management
