The best method to gather all current data for modification (floors,ceilings) then import is by going to Product Catalog Upload and clicking the small excel button next to "Premium Advanced" which will contain your current data. You can make changes to the spreadsheet and re-import on the same page by CTRL-A from excel, CTRL-C to copy into your clipboard and CTRL-V to paste into the import box.
