Although CompetitorEye can stay in “Sync” with your in-stock and sellable-location items on Amazon (Automated Storefront Synchronization) allowing us to “inactivate” for monitoring items you are out of stock on, and / or activating for monitoring items you are now in-stock on (or new items) at times you may want CompetitorEye to load an inventory file in immediately. Say, after you have update Amazon with many new items or stock, and do not wish to wait for the next synchronization.

To do this, you can request a new Inventory file to be created on Amazon. this can take Amazon anywhere from 2 minutes to 45 minutes to complete. It is recommended to click the “Check / Refresh” link on the page every minute or so. Eventually you will see the new entry in the list (top) once Amazon completes the creation of the inventory file.

At that time, you can click the “Immediate storefront synchronization” from Item management.
