In an ongoing effort to provide a streamlined and fast service, we have been carefully evaluating our database and systems.

We have corrected a bottleneck with our database in regards to writing your current “shipping” and “Price” back to your item import catalog. This simply is not needed since your import catalog is primarily used to tell CompetitorEye what to monitor for you and the settings related to repricing. Optimized Pricing Specs

This was an option available in FTP and report controls , “Populate your item's stock status, current price and shipping directly from your scans.” And has been disabled.

Standard reporting contains Your Price and Your Shipping already, duplicating this data over to the monitoring catalog is redundant and not needed.

For those clients that used the import catalog to review their own "live" pricing and shipping, please refer to your monitoring report instead.
