Why are some of my items not being monitored?

This could be caused by several reasons.
First, no sellers for the item, or the item has been put on a 48 hour “do not check” list because no sellers were found the last time CompetitorEye checked, click to see if any of your items are on this list.
Second, If the item was "out of stock" or in a non-sellable warehouse location at the time we synchronized, it will be "inactive" until the next synchronization. (Typically the next day)
Click to view import / synchronization history.
You can always force a rebuild of your inventory file(s) on Amazon at any time, by clicking “Request new inventory file” on CompetitorEyes Inventory Report Analysis page. To direct CompetitorEye to read from your standard inventory file, FBA inventory file or both, see Feed / Controls.
After requesting a new inventory file to be created, click the refresh link every minute or so until you see a new inventory report, then click the "import" from that particular "new" inventory file.
CompetitorEye can automatically do this for you once a day, with automated synchronization schedules.
For recent imports and sychronizations, see: Import Counts and Percentages
