Automated inventory load gets stale? Read: 2459

CompetitorEye has the ability to automatically load from your Amazon Inventory file (both FBA and/or non-FBA) by setting the sync-schedules if authorization has been given.

Our engine first makes the request to Amazon to create a fresh inventory file and then imports it. Occasionally we have noticed Amazon's servers may ignore a request or never complete it, this is a known "occasional" bug with Amazon's inventory process. After a day or so, the data becomes "stale" and our engines will not load what it considers to be "old" data.

If this occurs and you believe your monitoring catalog on CompetitorEye to be "stale" you can request a fresh inventory file to be created by going to the inventory analysis management screen.

After clicking "refresh" a few times (waiting a minute or so between clicks) once you see the new inventory file in the list, you can do a storefront synchronization from Item Management tab, and bring the fresh catalog into CompetitorEye.

To view your recent history of imports, see import statistics.
