CompetitorEye has brought back public general discussion forums. To cut back on the amount of bogus posts by malicious robots and spiders account holders must be logged in to post / reply. Forums will be monitored by CE staff for quick responses and inappropriate posts will be removed when brought to our attention. Please see Help & Tutorials for additional information.

• Set CompetitorEye to only send “Delta Reports” . Normally CompetitorEye reports on all the ASINS monitored, however this can be limited to only those ASINS that require a price change “Raise Price” or “Lower Price” This can be set on our FTP & Reporting page. Specifically “Delta Report. Retain full report data for online review but only deliver price lowering or raising deltas via FTP/Email “
• If CompetitorEye has been set and authorized to change pricing for you, we will, and then send the summary report email to you as well as FTP those changes to the server of your choice (Channel Advisor?) in the format of your choice.
• Change the report format columns and positioning into something Channel Advisor can read and import, see Custom Reporting.
