FBA repricing?

For some reason CE doesn't seem to be repricing my FBA items. What am I doing wrong?
Dustin CompetitorEye replied on 4/22/2011 12:08:25 PM: Many things can cause repricing to not go through.
First and foremost have you brought your repricing out of the test and review sandbox and enabled lowering or raising of prices on Amazon? Red checkboxes at bottom.
If so, have you authorized CompetitorEye to physically update Amazon? This is a 4 step process (takes only minutes) and is done via Amazon seller central. See Amazon Update, specifically the “Edit Keys”.
If good so far, do you have the specific item set to reprice? With a valid static or dynamic floor which is not set to “no repricing” ?
If so, is that a valid floor amount? If your floor is $50 and all your competition is at $40, Obviously CompetitorEye cannot do anything with your pricing due to your floor range.
If ok, are you set to compete against the seller(s)? None are on your “do not compete” list and none are being excluded because of your stock or feedback requirements?
If using a minimum stock compete, is it only set to the recommend values of 0 or 1?
Has CompetitorEye been setup to use the exact actual SKU for the item as you use on Amazon?
Many many reasons as to why/what could be going on. For additional information & investigation, please send your ASIN and SKU to support and we will look into your specific settings for the item.
Dustin replied on 4/22/2011 12:49:03 PM: So, do I understand that if I sell the same product self fulfilled and fba that you can only reprice one at a time? CompetitorEye replied on 4/24/2011 1:13:45 AM:
Amazon price changes are SKU based, so in your scenario since you have multiple skus per ASIN, CompetitorEye would need two accounts, one to monitor FBA items with the FBA SKU, one to monitor non-FBA items with the non-FBA SKU
Dustin replied on 4/24/2011 8:11:34 AM: Thank you for the explanation. I prefer the FBA item to be repriced when in stock and the non-fba item otherwise. Could a setting along those lines be added to allow this functionality?
For now, using the 'edit item settings' window I have changed the SKU to the FBA item yet the prices are still not updating. What more is needed? Anonymous replied on 6/7/2011 5:35:15 PM: I am getting almost all of my items coming back as Details: Your price found (or used alternate) but could not raiselower (Working Floor: x.xx)
What does this mean and why is it not changing the price. I have gone through the logic for the item and made sure that we are set up to adjust the price, it just doesn't seem to want to update on anything. There are hundreds of items that it does this to.
Please HELP!
Layla replied on 9/13/2023 8:44:33 PM: I've also ordered them on amazon, but there are some that I should still see in person
