Amazon lost your authentication?

Recently Amazon sent notices to certain sellers concerning a glitch in Amazon's system which caused the loss or deletion of authorizations to 3rd party systems.
This would prevent the 3rd party system from accessing your data, such as inventory reports or changing of pricing.
It has come to CompetitorEye's attention that not all sellers affected by this have been notified by Amazon.
If you have authorized CompetitorEye to either read from your inventory file(s) for synchronization and or automated repricing, you may want to test that this authorization is still in-tact.
You can test be going to Inventory Analysis (being signed-in) if authorized you should see a list of inventory reports, if so, everything is fine. Amazon didn't lose your authorizations.
If an "ACCESS DENIED IN PRODUCTION" error is displayed, Amazon has lost your authorization, CompetitorEye cannot read from your inventory files for synchronization or update pricing (if enabled), if this occurs
notify us immediately so we can reset your keys and have you go through the authorization process again.

Please note, if the system display an error or prompts you to complete the 5 quick and easy steps, your authentication has been lost on Amazon's side. If you see the 5 steps, go ahead and follow them, if you see the error you need to contact CompetitorEye
